Our partners in the local markets provide us with initial profiles of candidate companies. We meet virtually with each company’s management to assess their situation and needs. It is important that either the candidate have adequate English proficiency, or that our representative have proficiency in the client’s language. When a scope of work is understood we initiate the search for appropriate specialists. Once we have introduced the specialists to the candidate our work is done.

Prosper Resources introduces the consultant to the business representative, the scope of work is confirmed, and, thereafter, Prosper Resources is no longer involved. The consultant provides the agreed upon service based either on the number of hours, or, on a specific project deliverable basis. It is up to the consultant to define an agreeable arrangement for free services and to confirm a mutually satisfactory completion. At the end of the initial engagement, a consultant and a company may choose to continue working together on a fee- basis. Prosper Resources does not expect to be involved.

Our current focus is on companies based in Ukraine. We envision serving companies from other countries, once we have adequately served the market in Ukraine.

Prosper Resources is organized in the State of California as a non-profit organization. Our application with the US Internal Revenue Service to obtain status as an IRC Sec. 501(c)(3) tax-exempt and non-profit organization is pending. Upon the acceptance by the IRS of our application, we will be able to accept donations of cash or other property which will provide tax-deductible treatment for qualified US taxpayers.
